From Planning to Success – Wrapping Up Together

It was a warm and joyful conclusion to a meaningful collaboration.

🕒 March – Playing and Learning About Time!

 In March, our Fun Mathematics project explored the concept of time . Children learned to read clocks, understand sequences, and connect moments of the day through creative tasks, digital games , and special events like Pi Day . These playful experiences helped children grasp time-related ideas while enjoying every minute of their mathematical journey! To make the month even more special, we also celebrated World Pi Day on March 14. This event was a great opportunity for children to explore the magic of numbers through engaging and collaborative activities!

✨ Moving, Playing, Learning: February’s Fun with Space and Directions

Through playful tasks, digital games, and teamwork, children learned to navigate space and use math in fun, meaningful ways. In February, our Fun Mathematics journey focused on direction and position in space . Children explored these concepts through playful activities, digital games , and team projects that made learning math both fun and engaging. These activities helped children build spatial awareness while having fun. Step by step, they are discovering that math can be playful, interactive, and full of surprises!

What about online games?

All along our eTwinning project "Fun Mathematics" our pupils have had great fun making online games on numbers, positions and directions, shapes, time and seasons. They really enjoyed these moments :) Let's have a look :)   It has been  fun all along but not only : our pupils learned a lot as well :) Thank you ever so much to  "Fun mathematics" eTwinning project !

Discovering Dimensions – Our January Math Journey

We used simple materials to learn about size, comparison, and quantity. We prepared educational materials on the concept of dimension, using resources available in our classroom. The activities were practical and easy for the children to understand. January activities We expanded the dimension theme with measuring games and object classification activities. The students were engaged and made exciting discoveries. Our materials are included in the project’s collaborative work. We are happy to contribute to this shared collection! The Joys of December

 Dorina Mariana Chiriță, Școala Gimnazială „Sfântul Grigorie Teologul”, Galați, România December was filled with emotion, creativity, and surprises for the students of Preparatory Class B at “Sfântul Grigorie Teologul” Primary School in Galați, Romania. 🎄 The Advent Calendar brought a new themed activity each day, turning the wait for Christmas into a joyful learning adventure. Every challenge was met with curiosity and enthusiasm by the children. Here are the  Advent Activities 💌 The international New Year Greeting Cards exchange was a special moment, offering students the chance to send and receive cheerful, colorful cards from peers in other schools and countries. Felicitări de Anul Nou 🕹️ Winter-themed digital games added to the magic of the month, combining learning and fun in a modern and engaging way – just the way our little explorers like it. Each day in December was a new opportunity to learn with joy, collaborate with others, and build beautiful memories.
