Fun Mathematics etwinning

 January was dedicated to the mathematical concept of ”size”.  We have solved worksheets, we have glued snowmen from different sized lumps and we have enjoyed some very nice digital games.  The most liked the children to realize with their parents various mathematical games with which they played their group colleagues. The games were also presented to the project partners.

  Vasilki Skendou,Kindergarten Papagiannis, Greece Mathematics Concept Materials The trees are divided into 2 parts. The top has apples while the trunk has a number. Students count the apples and place the trunk with the corresponding number. On the board with the numbers from 1 to 10 the students place as many caps as the number says A board has been created with numbers from 1 to 10. There are also pegs, each with a number on it. Students place each peg on the corresponding number on the board.

 OCAK ÇALIŞMALARIM Ocak ayı matematik kavramımız boyutlar. Boyutlar ile ilgili sınıfımızda farklı etkinlikler yaptık. Çalışmalarımız: Büyük ve küçük kavramı ile ilgili. Büyük daireye büyük pon pon küçük daireye küçük ponpon koyuyoruz. Bu çalışma ile boyut çalışırken anı zamanda hangi renk az hangi renk fazla gibi çalışmalarla da önce ki aylarda yaptığımız çalışmaların tekrarını yaptık. MY JANUARY WORKS Our January math concept is dimensions. We did different activities in our class about dimensions. Our works: About the concept of big and small. We put a big pom-pom in the big circle and a small pom-pom in the small circle. With this work, while working on dimensions, we also repeated the works we did in previous months with works such as which color is less and which color is more. The students, divided into three groups, measured the dimensions of the table with the markers. One group measured the length, the second the width and the third the height. In the second phase, they measured the dimensions of the table with the tape measure. The pupils place the pieces of the babushka from the largest to the smallest.
